Responsibilities & Context:

∎ Establish and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain high operational standards across all retail stores.
∎ Conduct regular performance reviews, training, and development programs to enhance the skills and growth of the team.
∎ Foster a culture of high performance, accountability, and customer-centricity within the retail team.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing department to plan and execute in-store promotions, seasonal campaigns, and product launches.
∎ Provide regular updates to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and business insights.
∎ Develop and maintain a sales forecasting model to accurately predict sales trends and future demand.
∎ Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining strong service standards and overseeing the customer experience at all retail touchpoints.
∎ Oversee the implementation of merchandising and visual merchandising strategies to attract and engage customers effectively.
∎ Lead, mentor, and manage a team of regional sales managers and retail staff, providing continuous coaching and performance feedback.

The NSM will be responsible for developing and executing national sales strategies, overseeing operations, and ensuring the overall performance of multiple retail channels. This role requires strong strategic thinking, a deep understanding of retail operations, and the ability to mentor and manage a team of regional sales managers and retail staff to achieve company objectives.
