∎ MBA/MBS from well reputed institution. Marketing background preferred.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Business development, Marketing, Sales

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning and controlling sales to meet organizational sales target.
∎ Gathering Customers, Competitors and market information to plan and execute sales strategies properly.
∎ To monitor & supervise daily activities of sales team and endow with necessary guidelines.
∎ Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.
∎ Analyze & Monitoring party wise sales, payments and dues. Submission monthly sales statement and necessary report.
∎ Preparing monthly & yearly sales forecast.
∎ To ensure supply frequency basis distribution.
∎ Solving various types of problems and complaints of both dealers and consumers.
∎ To motivate of all Sales personnel.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experienced person from Battery, Lubricants and Spare parts are highly preferred.
∎ Having the ability to grasp current developments on technology, product, and market.
∎ Ability to work with the pace of time and under pressure.
∎ Proficiency in Computer application (i.e. MS Word, Excel, Power point) & software operating knowledge is also required.
∎ Habituated to work for long working hour in a stressful situation.
∎ Must be energetic, smart and self motivated.

Salary: Negotiable
