Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and Execute Sales Strategy – Design and implement comprehensive sales plans to achieve national revenue targets.
∎ Achieve Sales Targets – Drive the team to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.
∎ Market Expansion – Identify and penetrate new markets to expand brand presence and sales coverage.
∎ Overall Market share is to be increased up to 35% by first year.
∎ Distributor & Channel Management – Build and manage an effective distributor network ensuring product availability.
∎ Revenue Growth Initiatives – Introduce promotional campaigns, trade offers, and innovative selling tactics to maximize revenue.
∎ Sales Team Leadership – Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales force to achieve strategic goals.
∎ Key Account Management – Manage top-tier clients, negotiate contracts, and foster long-term relationships.
∎ Data-Driven Decision Making – Leverage sales analytics, market trends, and competitor insights to refine strategies.
∎ Budget & Cost Control – Develop and manage sales budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and maximum ROI.
∎ Process Optimization – Establish efficient sales processes, including reporting frameworks and CRM adoption.
∎ Product Knowledge & Training – Equip the sales team with in-depth product knowledge to improve selling capabilities.
