∎ Reporting to: Health Officer (HSS), UN Agency, Dhaka.
∎ Objectives:
∎ The objective of hiring national HMIS Consultant- COVID 19 data management is to provide technical support to DGHS, MoH&FW for real-time COVID-19 Health Management Information System (HMIS) through supporting all COVID-19 HMIS platforms, capacity building of national and sub-national MIS staff and monitoring of COVID-19 data ( daily COVID-19 situation, Hospital Readiness and Patient Information, COVID-19 Vaccination and Logistic Information etc.) for timeliness, completeness and accuracy, regular analysis for data-driven pragmatic response and support enhancements all COVID-19 real-time dashboards.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least three years working experience in health-related MIS or M&E field with GOB
∎ Knowledge and technical experience of DHIS2.
∎ Demonstrated experience of data analysis using Excel/Stata/SPSS, data validation.
∎ Strong skills to use data visualization tools such as Table, Power BI click data and others.
∎ Extensive experience of working on mHealth/eHMIS initiative.
∎ Understanding and experience on the health and Nutrition Indicators
∎ Experience in a UN organization is an asset.
∎ Fluency in English required. Knowledge of another UN Language is an added advantage.
∎ Strong skills on coordination and liaison with government, NGO and related stakeholders.
Salary:
∎ Consultant will get 216,000 BDT per month.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Computer and communication will be borne by the Consultant
∎ Stationary and other office equipment, will be borne by the Consultant
∎ Travel cost and travel arrangement in the field, will be borne by the consultant
∎ Consultant will be responsible to pay all taxes as per government rules and regulations. E-Zone will make statutory deductions towards income tax as per government rules and regulations.
