Job Context:
∎ Contract Duration: 12 Months
∎ Contract Type: Contract with E-Zone
∎ Contract Start Date: 16 August, 2020
∎ Reporting to: Social Policy Specialist, Dhaka
∎ A. Objectives:
∎ To support implementation and coordination of the SDGs funded tea sector Programme titled Enhancing social protection for female tea garden workers and their families in Sylhet Division and Public finance for Children Programme.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years of progressive experience in social sector programme preferably in the area of protection;
∎ Experience working for or with the social sector ministries
∎ Experience in programme management is a strong asset;
∎ Experience in upstream policy advocacy would be an advantage.
∎ Good understanding of social protection in Bangladesh
∎ Good understanding of the tea sector
∎ Language requirements:
∎ English and Bangla are required for the position.
∎ Strong communication skills;
∎ Strong skills in spreadsheet applications
∎ Strong analytical and writing skills.
