Educational Requirements:
∎ Master degree in economics or agricultural economics or development studies or law or agricultural science

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years' experience in lobby and advocacy activities in the field of economic
∎ empowerment including proven experience and conceptual competence in the design,
∎ development and implementation of advocacy strategies and action plans
∎ Relevant experience in policy analysis, lobbying and media work;
∎ Have knowledge and experience on value chain development and private sector development
∎ Experience in networking and partnership and capacity in partnership management.
∎ Excellent Communication and Public Relations skills;
∎ Have knowledge and skills in the capacity building and training on related approaches,
∎ methodology and tools to integrate lobby and advocacy into project activities and
∎ organisational practices
∎ Strong facilitation, motivational, communication and networking skills
∎ Fluency and excellent writing skills in English
∎ Good communication and report writing skill
∎ Skills in use of appropriate computer software
