- খামারের গরু পালনাকারী হিসেবে কমপক্ষে ৫-১০ বছরের বাস্তব অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে
- আবেদনকারীদের এগ্রো, খামার ইত্যাদি প্রতিষ্ঠানসমূহে কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।
- গরু লালন-পালনে সম্যক জ্ঞান থাকতে হবে।
- গরু খাবার-দাবার সম্পর্কে জ্ঞান থাকতে হবে।
- গরুর পরিচর্চা সম্পর্কে অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।
