Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 2-3 years of experience in center management focusing on women’s empowerment, or facilitation roles.
∎ Mentally adaptable to work in FDMN camp and host in Cox's Bazar District.
∎ Strong facilitation and communication skills.
∎ Ability to handle sensitive issues with empathy and professionalism.
∎ Organizational and time management skills.
∎ A deep understanding of women’s rights, gender equality, and GBV issues.Ability to work in multicultural and diverse settings.
∎ Commitment to safeguarding and ethical practices.
∎ Based at the MPWC, with possible field visits to engage the broader community.
∎ A commitment to upholding the vision and mission of the organization operating the MPWC.
∎ Cultural sensitivity and adaptability.
∎ Good analytical writing/report writing skill and also good command in MS word, Excel and power point.
∎ Ability to demonstrate values, core purpose, and principles of humanitarian work.
∎ Ability to receive and provide feedback and updates to achieve improved results.
∎ Ability to work under pressure with Self-awareness, cultural sensitivity, respect for diversity, flexibility, and adaptability.
∎ Good command of Chitagonian and Bangla, English language skills are an asset.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee and monitor daily activities conducted at the MPWC.
∎ Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and awareness programs.
∎ Provide case management services, including follow-up and referrals.
∎ Maintain accurate stock registers and ensure inventory accountability.
∎ Coordinate with trainers, community members, and service providers to enhance program relevance and effectiveness.
∎ Manage the center's daily functions and logistics.
∎ Promote inclusivity and encourage participation, particularly among volunteer groups, by building trust within the community.
∎ Conduct regular field visits as part of outreach and monitoring efforts.
∎ Maintain all relevant registers, including participant, entrance, and movement records.
∎ Deliver PSS services to survivors and ensure appropriate case follow-up and referral.
∎ Conduct sessions and orientations aimed at building volunteer capacity.
∎ Hold regular meetings with volunteers to support engagement and coordination.
∎ Act as a bridge between women in the community and the center’s services.
∎ Identify and engage with local leaders, stakeholders, and partner organizations to strengthen support networks.
∎ Maintain records of participants, attendance, and feedback from activities.
∎ Prepare and submit activity/event reports/ success stories in a timely manner.
∎ Ensure the MPWC is a safe space where confidentiality, respect, and ethical standards are upheld.
∎ Identify and report cases of gender-based violence (GBV) or abuse and refer them to appropriate services.
∎ Comply with organizational safeguarding policies and procedures.
∎ Starting date of Job: June -2025
∎ Reporting to: Program Manager.
∎ Job Purpose:
∎ To manage daily activities and programs at the MPWC, fostering a safe and inclusive space for women and girls. The facilitator works to address their psychosocial, health, and vocational needs while promoting gender equality and community engagement.
∎ MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
∎ Program Implementation:
