∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc), Master of Science (MSc), Post Graduate Diploma (PGD)
∎ BSc/MSc in Textile Engineering with a major in Fabric Manufacturing, Yarn Manufacturing, and Apparel Manufacturing Technology from reputable universities. Candidates with good academic records should apply only.

∎ Applicants who are not proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel functions such as SUM, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables, are advised not to apply.
∎ Should know Fiber, Weaving, Dyeing, Printing, and Stitching processes.
∎ Should demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, confidence, and a proactive attitude.
∎ Must have good interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
∎ Excellent command of spoken and written English is mandatory.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Able to Communicate with the Buyers/Customers firsthand regarding all development issues.
∎ Coordination of Concept, design, prototype, deliver, and present trend-right consumer-centric product lines that feature market-leading innovation.
∎ Coordinate with planning new development while considering capacity and capability, as well as adding innovation and addition.
∎ Product Development as per the customer's provided design and specification and analyzing potential challenges during development.
∎ Attend Development meetings with all concerned department heads and do the Risk analysis of the new Development.
∎ Coordination of quality and Lab testing of produced goods as per customer's requirement.
∎ Maintain the development status update file and send it to customers and the internal department for a better understanding of the sample's latest status.
∎ Communicate and follow up the lab testing with the external lab and maintain the lab test report file.
∎ Coordinate with production plans and work toward meeting the target.
