Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collect detail information of working area
∎ Conduct HHs survey of working area
∎ Conduct need assessment of partners as well as the field level volunteers to improve the capacity
∎ Form necessary committees and groups in the community for the sustainability of the program
∎ Arrange training, workshop and meeting for the community level participants
∎ Ensure regular training, workshop and meeting with different committees as per project plan and design
∎ Contribute to the collection of case studies to monitor progress of the implemented programs
∎ Perform any other responsibilities, duties and obligations as fixed and delegated
∎ Plan, conduct, organize and facilitate various seminars, workshops and meetings
∎ Ensure the quality and quantity of the implemented programs
∎ Supervise and monitor the daily activities of the filed level volunteer
∎ Assist management in preparing quarterly, half-yearly and annual report
∎ Facilitate regular monthly meeting with WDMC, SMC, EMC and other committees
∎ Maintain strong working relation with local governments and leaders
∎ Ensure regular sharing amount the team members about achievements, experiences and learning
∎ Prepare effective monthly, quarterly and annual plan of operation
∎ Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly and annual report to the respective authority
∎ Prepare and review the budget according to activity plan and keep all the expenses within the approved budget limit
∎ Ensure materials and equipment needed for project implementation according to financial guideline
∎ Ensure proper use and maintenance of all kinds of project materials and resources
∎ Support account staff members to maintain different registers like attendance register, movements register; log book, motor cycle checking register, fixed assets and stock register
∎ Support management in maintaining personnel file, leave file as per organization personnel and administrative rules
∎ Represent ADRA with networking and participation in various Government, Donor and NGO forums.
∎ Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Must have driving knowledge including valid license.
Salary: Tk. 18250 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, Medical allowance, Provident fund, Weekly 2 holidays
