Job Context:
∎ We are looking to add a passionate and innovative Motion Graphics Designer to join our creative team. We want someone who likes to push boundaries and come up with new treatments and solutions. Strong design skills and visual sensibilities are essential.
∎ As a Motion Graphics Designer, you will create stunning in-app content - from beautifully designed video templates to trendy animated demos and stickers. You will be collaborating with other designers and developers and have a high level of creative freedom during the process. If you want to make an impact on hundreds of thousands of users and push the limits of creativity, we`d love to hear from you.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design & animate creative assets to be included in our app, brand visual identity, social content and animation, website, digital, print, experiential etc.
∎ Prepare design plan, concept and layout for motion graphic project.
∎ Collaborate with copywriters, designers and developers to create stunning interactive templates and expand our content generation tools.
∎ Take initiative on projects to over-deliver new and innovative solutions, generating new ideas and visuals for creative tutorials and demos.
∎ Research design, animation, photography and social media trends.
∎ Adhere to company guidelines in ways that still push creative boundaries.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Deep knowledge in Adobe After Effects for UI animation, Adobe Illustrator for Illustration, Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro for video editing.
∎ Bachelor degree from any discipline (education will be flexible for experienced candidates).
∎ 2 - 3 years experience with and a strong portfolio of motion graphics work.
∎ Expertise in Mobile UI Animation.
∎ Highly familiar with design tools including the Adobe suite, Lottie, Sketch/Figma, etc.
∎ Strong grasp of the fundamental skills in design, motion graphics, typography, photography, and illustration.
∎ Familiarity with different social media platforms and trends.
∎ Tech savvy - doesn't shy away from technical difficulties.
∎ A never-ending desire to learn new techniques and technology to advance your craft.
∎ Motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and time constraints.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Expertise in Lottie with Bodymovin will be considered a plus.

Salary: Tk. 20000 - 40000 (Monthly)
