Job Context:
∎ The Asia Arsenic Network is looking for an eligible candidate for the mentioned position for conducting a 3 years project on "Dissemination and Implementation of NCDs Tackling Model Centering the Vulnerable Community in Khulna District" during March 2023-February 2026.
∎ Employment Status: Contractual (as per project agreement)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Set-up monitoring structure based on PDM's indicator, including,
∎ Conduct Fact-finding surveys
∎ Monitoring performance of Community Clinics and role player
∎ Take initiative for collecting tracking patient data
∎ Monitoring performance of Teacher, class leader and women group members.
∎ Data collection & analysis.
∎ Support data collectors for collecting data.
∎ Evaluate stakeholder's performance
∎ Analysis and feedback the result in the various meeting.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 4-yrs experience on information collection & management field
∎ Good Interpersonal & communication skill with GO-NGOs and stakeholders
∎ Good skill in English wring and speaking as well as reporting.
∎ Should have a vast knowledge on various windows applications with SPSS or other data analysis programme.
∎ Capable to design surveys and reporting
∎ Should have strong capacity on evaluation of project outcomes.
∎ Required capacity development through trainings, providing feed-back.
∎ Should have interest to visit remote areas field in a regular basis
∎ Should have a valid motorcycle driving license and good driving skill.
Salary: Tk. 30000 (Monthly)
