Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in any discipline, having background in statistics is preferred.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design and update Result Based Monitoring and Evaluation system of the assigned project.
∎ Develop Result Based M&E framework on health and SRH program.
∎ Capable of tracking results of RME focused projects/activities, analysis, interpretation and helping program team in taking action.
∎ Should have familiarity and expertise in developing and monitoring indicators at different levels of project management cycle.
∎ Lead Program Evaluation which is conducted using both internal and external resources.
∎ Prepare different M&E tool aligned in collecting result level information from the project area.
∎ Ensure data quality following data quality standards
∎ Periodic Reporting and Record Keeping
∎ Assisting Program Evaluation Report based on community-based experience, success stories, lessons learned & way forward.
∎ Participate & foster in team building.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in designing RBM&E system
∎ Experience in managing multidimensional data (large volume of Data)
∎ Experience in using Excel (VB script, PV analysis), SPSS, Power BI (optional)
∎ Experience in using My SharePoint cloud
∎ Have good knowledge of vital Statistical health indicators
∎ Good knowledge on research methodology
