Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Bachelors in Data Science, Statistics or any subject of Social Science.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure process monitoring of multiple program activities in Health and WASH sectors implementing in different camps and host community areas in Cox's Bazar.
∎ Ensure submission of daily and weekly reports (e.g. EWARS, DHIS2) from health post, health outreach and WASH program activities through different online platforms to multiple stakeholders in a timely manner.
∎ Ensure field level data verification and validation from primary and secondary sources.
∎ Ensure data security and maintain sensitive data policies.
∎ Ensure proper management of paper-based M&E toolkits and documents at camp level closely working with the field level M&E team.
∎ Develop M&E tools (e.g. data collection template, checklist) using KoboToolBox, google form or relevant system under the direct supervision of M&E Coordinator.
∎ Contribute in evaluation and assessment related interventions.
∎ Support in establishing community feedback mechanism as per organizational strategy.
∎ Participate (when nominated) in sector and Government M&E toolkit training, annual work strategy plan workshops and other meetings on M&E/reporting.
∎ Provide initial and refresher training on M&E toolkit to program staff and community volunteers, as needed under the guidance of M&E Coordinator.
∎ Support program colleagues by providing technical support in data collection as well as clarification/ support as needed on M&E tools.
∎ Supervise field level M&E team for timely and properly manage and submission of weekly data of various program activities.
∎ Support M&E Coordinator in preparing reports, presentation slides, etc.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the M&E Coordinator or Senior Management Team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Experience in monitoring & evaluation, research, reporting, data management or any relevant field is essential.
∎ Experience in working with the Rohingya community will be an advantage.
∎ English: (essential) mission working language.
∎ Chittagonian dialect: (desirable) local language.
