Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Statistics or any other relevant discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement a roboust monitoring and evaluation system that will ensure tracking of project results (outputs, outcome and impact)
∎ Develop an integrated database of all projects/programmes and ensure accountability through regular data updates and data integrity
∎ Work with Programme Officers and Managers to ensure the collection of relevant and appropriate data needs for an effective M&E system which will be utilized in monitoring strengths, weaknesses and gaps in existing projects/programmes
∎ Coordinate with Team Leader in conducting field visits to programme sites for monitoring and tracking of programme activities
∎ Incorporate field and Technical Team feedback to ensure continuous improvement of the data management system
∎ Develop M&E plans for all projects/programmes and proposal and ensure its effective implementation
∎ Assist to maintain liaison with the relevant Government department (national and local)
∎ Review projects/programmes reports from the projects/programmes based on the agreed indicators and provide feedback to all concerned
∎ Collect projects/programme reports (monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, six monthly and annual) for donors
∎ Analyse the impact of projects and promote learning by documentation of best practices and use this information to support decision making process.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Good knowledge in compilation and synthesis of information
∎ Demonstrated experience data processing and management of survey
∎ Demonstrated experience of statistical packages and/or data analysis software and advanced computer skills
∎ Strong communication skills both in Bangla and English
∎ Experience in development field (specially in Monitoring & Evaluation work).
