Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field (such as Urban and Rural Planning, Geography or Geographic Information Systems, Economics, Sociology, Statistics, Business Administration, Development Studies, Agriculture, or other related fields).
A minimum of 6 years of working experience in USAID’s standard MEL system with significant GIS engagement, preferably in market systems development and/or food security programs.
Experience in MEL system implementation, data quality assurance, and partnership management within a private sector engagement program.
Proficiency in statistical analysis using SPSS or STATA, along with strong skills in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access).
Hands-on experience and formal training in GIS data collection, geospatial analysis, and data visualization using tools like ArcGIS or QGIS.
Extensive knowledge of Collaboration, Learning, and Adapting (CLA) principles, tools, and processes within market systems and/or food security contexts.
Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality reports, document learning and best practices, case studies, and other knowledge products.
Commitment to gender mainstreaming and experience in empowering women in agricultural programs.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and strong negotiation skills.
