Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Anthropology, Development Studies, Women and Gender Studies or any others discipline of Social Science with good academic records.
Experience Requirements:

Job Context:
∎ Reportable: Team Leader, ASTHA Project
∎ Job Location: Dhaka with extensive field visit in four working districts.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Contribute to revise/review project proposal, logical framework matrix, year plan and budget.
∎ Prepare monthly, yearly work plan and operational plan
∎ Develop different form, tools relating to project monitoring,
∎ Tracking progress on activities compare to operational targets
∎ Prepare monitoring reports for project, partners, ASK and donor
∎ Prepare and submit report to the donor, partners, ASK related to logical framework matrix
∎ Prepare report for NGO Bureau and for DC office quarterly and monthly basis
∎ Visit working areas to monitor programme and provide feedback to concerned management
∎ Prepare tabulation plan and carry out statistical analysis of data as requested by programme and donor
∎ Collect and analyze data for assessing the progress, trend and results
∎ Give comments and feedback on proposed method for baseline and end-line survey and evaluation/assessment submitted by external consultant/ firm
∎ Contribute to supervise the whole process of survey, study, evaluation and assessment conduct by external resource person/firm
∎ Prepare functional specification, review and finalize technical design specification of MIS and M&E
∎ Maintain MIS system of project and support to corelate project MIS data in main MIS system
∎ Other responsibilities assign by supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ At least 7 years experiences in the following area(s): design and implementing of project monitoring- qualitative and quantities, documentation,reporting writing, data analysis, capacity building of PNGO staff.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the area of NGO sectors and in similar position.
∎ Good relationship and networking with media partners for effective collaborations to meet the organization's objectives
∎ Ability to learn quickly and work both independently and in team environment.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Knowledge in building individual and organizational capacity in program implementation.
∎ An understanding of partnership management will be an advantage.
∎ Applicant should have good computer knowledge especially in Microsoft Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
∎ Excellent spoken and written English language skills and the capacity to produce quality reports independently.
∎ Willingness to frequent travel across the project areas.
Salary:
∎ Consolidated salary 65,000/- BDT
