Job Context:
∎ Shushilan, a national NGO of Bangladesh will implement a four (4) year, gender-transformative project titled "Combatting Early Marriage in Bangladesh" (CEMB) that is being funded by Global Affairs Canada (GAC). The CEMB project will be implemented in four Upazilas of Bhola District in partnership with Plan International Bangladesh. To implement the project, Shushilan is inviting applications from the competent and qualified persons for the mentioned position. Female applicants and prior experience in Barisal Division preferred. Minimum requirements will be flexible for the promising applicants.
∎ The Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Coordinator will be responsible for executing the M&E framework and tools to monitor the project`s result chain. The incumbent will also be responsible for validating monitoring data, preparing periodical narrative and formative reports and providing supports to the central M&E team in Plan International Bangladesh during annual outcome monitoring.
∎ Reports to the project`s Team Manager and based in Bhola.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensures effective and quality implementation M&E system and tools, validates data, captures learning and reports M&E findings.
∎ Leads data collection process, verification, spot checking, analysis, reporting and sharing of critical findings.
∎ Works with team members for tracking results.
∎ Supports the implementation of Programme Quality Policy and work with others to facilitate continual learning.
∎ Provides periodical report to the supervisors and identifies and violation or fraudulent activities in the field.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 05 years prior experience to work this type of position with NGO.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills and well-developed written and oral communications skills in English and Bengali
∎ Computer literacy, including the ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
∎ Practicing gender and cultural diversity
∎ Able to drive motorcycle and will have valid driving license.
Salary: Tk. 42872 (Monthly)
