Job Context:
∎ An international charity working with the Law enforcement agencies to rescue victims of slavery, bring criminal networks to justice and spark systemic change. We restore lives, secure communities at risk from traffickers.
∎ The Role: Under the supervision of the Country Director, the MEL Manager is responsible to monitor and capture the impacts of program activities. He/she will be responsible for providing feedback to project management on the monitoring findings and provide inputs to projects staff for better implementation of the project activities.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide support to the development and implementation M&E framework, monitoring plans to track effectively all the project activities, outcomes, and results. This includes supporting the development of indicators (quantitative and qualitative), as well as processes and tools to measure them Responsible for regular updating of the project activities in the MEL platform.
∎ Collation and analysis of M&E data (including through surveys, web statistics, interviews, feedback, case studies and reports) and analyze against outcomes to draw out learning and implications. Also, Ensuring that data collection is taking place accurately, ethically and securely, through site visits and data analysis.
∎ Writing reports for internal and external stakeholders detailing the progress and impact of our projects.
∎ Liaise with donor to ensure that results of performance monitoring are integrated into communications strategies, message development and reporting on project accomplishments and lessons learned.
∎ Helping ensure and improve mechanisms for centering beneficiary perspectives within our impact measurement, live learning, quality assurance and adaptive management.
∎ Supporting the designing and delivery of the research and learning agenda for the organization - including designing and managing independent evaluations and action research.
Additional Requirements:

∎ Preference will be given to the candidates having experience MEL.
∎ Experience in Monitoring and Evaluation and reporting.
∎ Excellent communication skills in English and Bangla - with an ability to make presentations and represent to investors with a variety of audiences.
∎ Capable of management activities including project planning, implementation and report writing.
∎ Strong in essential computer software/packages like MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint or similar software.
∎ Excellent data analyses skills, producing tables/graphs with interpretation and the ability to make verbal presentations.
∎ Excellent proficiency of spoken and written English and Bangla.
∎ Desired Skills and Qualifications:
∎ Knowledge on modern day slavery / human trafficking is preferable
Salary: Tk. 95000 - 100000 (Monthly)
