In accordance with our business plan and to cater our first growing market we are seeking to appoint a highly experienced, accomplished & result driven Business Professional to lead our finance team in Bangladesh.

∎ Location :Dhaka, Head Office
∎ Role Overview: Finance Director is responsible for formulating the short- and long-term business strategy and driving business results in collaboration with the country GM and senior leadership team. He / she drives business performance improvements by providing key strategic inputs to the operating teams, focusing on continuous and sustainable profitability improvement while ensuring financial stability and discipline. Manages all the financials needs of the operation in a high-pressure complex environment, with all the necessary requirements for control processes, management reporting, regulatory reporting, business & financial planning, shared services, cash management and taxation.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure effective financial management of business.
∎ Drive business and operating performance with topline growth, profitability, and Capital utilization.
∎ Drive margin management in the business through revenue growth management and cost efficiency. In addition, manage allocation of resources though prioritization of capital deployment for business.
∎ Function as a key business and decision-making partner for the GM, functional directors and support the growth agenda for the business.
∎ Ensure and safeguard the strong governance model of TCCC and compliance with legal, tax and other statutory requirements.
∎ Manages commodity risk and procurement strategies for the operation.
∎ Provide leadership and vision to the finance function and play key role in managing commodity risk in discussion with BIG CFO and Procurement Hub Leads.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Professional Qualification in CA/CPA/CMA/CIMA or any other equivalent certification is mandatory.
∎ 20+ years of experience in a matrixed global organization who has experience of managing cross cultural market in leadership position.
∎ Experienced in similar role in a FMCG company particularly in beverage sector will be an added advantage.
