Job Context:
∎ Job Title: Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning Officer
∎ Responsible to: Chief Executive Officer and Programme Coordinator
∎ Job Location: Lalmatia, Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop M&E plan and tools for project implementation
∎ Track implementation of initiatives and ensure implementation of a regular planning cycle as of M&E Plan
∎ Develop and manage participatory M&E tools
∎ Develop reporting format and template for the project
∎ Document the lessons learned and disseminate to concerned stakeholders
∎ Collect best practices and share with relevant stakeholders
∎ Orient project staff and community on M&E
∎ Capable of analysis of qualitative and quantitative data
∎ Work with the team in a supportive manner, assistants and network members to ensure the effective operation of the Monitoring & Evaluation system and implementation
∎ Liaise with the Documentation Officer, Project Officer and other officers in the dissemination of information on, and lessons learned from program implementation
∎ Identifying a set of indicators for monitoring programs and activities
∎ Ensure the implementation of a regular planning cycle and the use of a common set of methods and tools and standards for program planning and implementation in the project
∎ Frequently travel to project areas and mobilize related stakeholders and beneficiary communities as per the project activities with the active support of relevant project staff
∎ Ensure timely reporting and lessons learnt
∎ An ability to write clear and concise reports; Case stories in Bangla and English
∎ Demonstrable project management and monitoring and evaluation skill
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management
∎ Maintain a gender-sensitive approach in all stages of programme implementation
∎ Other duties & responsibilities as assigned by the management
∎ Ability to demonstrate leadership in using statistical software
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
