Education:
Basic understanding of HR functions, recruitment processes, personnel documentation, and office administration.
Good organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
Willingness to learn and support multiple HR and administrative tasks.
HR Support
Assist in recruitment activities, including job posting, application tracking, interview coordination, and maintaining recruitment records.
Support preparation of appointment letters, contracts, onboarding documents, and new staff orientation materials.
Assist in maintaining and updating personnel files, HR databases, and employee records while ensuring confidentiality.
Support attendance and leave record management, including updating trackers and preparing summaries.
Assist in compiling payroll inputs, staff benefit records, and other HR-related documents.
Support performance appraisal coordination, training arrangements, and staff development tracking.
Assist in preparing HR communications, notices, policies, and administrative documents.
Support HR compliance activities, including filing and documentation related to HR policies, safeguarding, and PSEA.
Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor in line with organizational needs.
Administrative Support
Assist in maintaining office supplies, inventory records, and asset registers.
Support office facility management and coordination of maintenance requirements.
Assist in preparing memos, meeting minutes, letters, and other administrative documents.
Support coordination with field offices for HR and administrative documentation.
Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor in line with organizational needs.
