Responsibilities & Context:

Project Title: Strengthening Rights‑Based Leadership and Sustainability of Organizations in Bangladesh (Strong OPD)

Project Duration: Up to May, 2029,

Job Nature: Contractual (Temporary Full Time)

Job Responsibilities:

  •  Coordinate and facilitate the M&E Framework Development Workshop to establish indicators, baselines, and project targets.

  • Conduct structured Project, Monitoring and Learning Visits to project fields and partner OPD offices to assess activity progress.

  • Ensure data quality, accuracy, completeness, and timely reporting.

  • Maintain project databases and documentation systems, analyze both quantitative and qualitative data, and generate periodic progress reports, dashboards, and analytical summaries.

  • Utilize digital platform such as MS Excel, SPSS, Power BI, KoBo Toolbox, or similar platforms for data collection, analysis, visualization, and reporting, with particular emphasis on disability-inclusive programming and evidence-based project management.

  • Support the establishment of beneficiary feedback and complaint response mechanisms, ensure accountability and community engagement standards are consistently maintained, and monitor safeguarding and inclusion indicators.

  • Responsible for implementing and maintaining MEAL systems, logical frameworks, indicator tracking mechanisms, and database management processes to ensure effective project monitoring, data quality, analysis, and reporting.

  • Support evidence‑based planning and decision‑making, ensuring that project learning informs continuous improvement and strategic direction

  • Provide technical support in setting up and managing the project`s accessible safeguarding reporting and feedback mechanisms.

  • Coordinate the technical production of an accessible audio-visual documentary capturing project outcomes and impact.

  • Develop monitoring tools and prepare comprehensive quantitative and qualitative monthly, quarterly, annual performance reports and donor reports.

  • Assist to utilize monitoring findings and stakeholder feedback for adaptive project management and decision making for archiving the project goal. 

  • Document lessons learned, good practices, case studies, and success stories.

  • Support organization of lessons learned workshops and review meetings.

  • Support project review meetings, steering committee meetings, and coordination sessions.

  • Coordinate with project staff and OPDs for timely data collection and reporting.

  • Ensure proper documentation and archiving of project records and technical resources.

  • Undertake all initiatives related to project activities.

  • Any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
