Experience:
Master’s degree in Development Studies, Social Sciences, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in monitoring, documentation, reporting, and fundraising in NGO/INGO settings.
Strong understanding of donor requirements (EU, UN, bilateral donors, foundations).
Proven experience in proposal writing and donor reporting.
Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills in English and Bangla.
Experience working with disability, health, or community development programs is an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of data tools (Kobo, ODK, Excel, Power BI, etc.) is an asset.

Role Overview
Vision Bangladesh is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Monitoring, Documentation & Fundraising Manager to lead organizational monitoring and evaluation systems, ensure high-quality program documentation, and support resource mobilization efforts. The role is critical for strengthening accountability, learning, donor compliance, and sustainability of the organization.
Location: Dhaka (with field visits)
Key Responsibilities
Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL)
Design, implement, and manage project monitoring and evaluation frameworks (logframes, indicators, M&E plans).
Develop and maintain data collection tools, databases, and reporting systems.
Conduct regular field monitoring visits to ensure project quality and compliance.
Analyze quantitative and qualitative data and produce learning briefs and evaluation reports.
Support baseline, midline, and endline assessments.
Documentation & Reporting
Lead the preparation of high-quality donor reports (narrative and results-based).
Document project outcomes, success stories, case studies, and lessons learned.
Ensure timely documentation of project activities, including photos, videos, and field evidence.
Maintain an organized digital documentation and knowledge management system.
Support audit, donor review, and compliance processes.
Fundraising & Proposal Development
Identify national and international funding opportunities (institutional donors, foundations, corporate, embassies, UN agencies).
Lead or support the development of concept notes, project proposals, and budgets in coordination with program and finance teams.
Support partnership development with international NGOs, donors, and networks.
Maintain a fundraising pipeline and donor communication tracker.
Contribute to organizational sustainability and growth strategies.
Coordination & Capacity Building
Work closely with program, finance, and field teams to strengthen results-based management.
Build staff capacity on monitoring, reporting, and documentation standards.
Support donor meetings, visits, and presentations when required.
