∎ Master's Degree or equivalent in Monitoring and Evaluation/ Result Management/ Planning/ Economics/ Statistics/ Development Studies/ or related social sciences;

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)

∎ Contract Duration: 1 year with possibility of extension based on performance and availability of fund

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 10 years' experience in development sector, preferably in UN/GoB/INGO with at least 3 years experience in similar positions.
∎ At least 5 years' experience in project monitoring related activities, preferable with international organizations in an international development context;
∎ Strong experience in results-based management and/monitoring and evaluation, and report is a requirement;
∎ Strong experience in the usage of computers and office software packages, experience in handling of web-based management systems is also necessary;
∎ Ability to think clearly and analytically
∎ Ability to plan own work, setting parities and completing demands
∎ Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English and Bangla;
∎ Ability to use Microsoft Office for reporting and presentation
∎ A strong commitment to gender sensitive, inclusive and pro-poor development works
∎ Ability to work with multi-disciplinary team
∎ Consultative and empowering working style and willingness to learn from other
∎ Willingness to travel as required
∎ Fluency in written and spoken English and Bangla are essential.
