Job Responsibilities:
∎ To extend adequate support in planning and designing of existing and upcoming programmess/projects from M & E perspectives.
∎ To assist different programmes in setting up M & E system and functioning effectively.
∎ To provide technical and capacity building support to programmess/projects in developing/ establishing appropriate result based M & E systems. So that staff are trained and confident in using the tools.
∎ To ensure that the M & E findings and organisational learning of the programme are appropriately documented and disseminated at the different levels.
∎ To appropriately carry out documentation of different assessment, small scale qualitative study, feasibility & case studies.
∎ To work collaboratively with colleagues of the Programme to ensure excellence within BRAC's work is captured, promoted and disseminated.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Above 5 years work experience in the area of M & E preferably in the development organisations, 02 years experience with an international organisation will be an added advantage.
∎ Experience in monitoring and evaluating education or citizen charted projects.
∎ Experience of high quality analytical and summative report writing.
∎ Understanding of the current M&E trends, especially M&E systems in Development organisations in any conflict context.
∎ Monitoring and evaluating methods, tools, techniques and processes.
∎ Knowledge of education, programmes, social audits, community score cards.
∎ Strong analytical skills, particularly in the context of urban and rural society is highly desirable.
∎ Fluency in Pashto and/or Dari in addition to English and Urdu languages will be an added advantage
∎ Competent in undertaking quantitative data analysis using computer software particularly SPSS, Excel and ACCESS.
∎ Competent in using qualitative data collection tools and technique such as PRA and participatory monitoring and evaluation (PME).
∎ Fluent in English speaking and good in report writing.
