∎ The Monitoring and Evaluation Officer will be accountable for supporting quantitative studies, monitoring, and evaluation activities in the Bangladesh office. This role involves overseeing the design and implementation of baseline, midline, and endline surveys in consultation with the supervisor. Additionally, the Monitoring and Evaluation Officer will develop the project's M&E plan, including reporting, database management, and creating performance monitoring frameworks. The position also requires managing, compiling, and analysing large-scale datasets. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of statistical methods, monitoring and evaluation tools and techniques, along with practical experience using software such as SPSS and KOBO for their work.
