Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design monitoring system or assist Program Director or Project Managers of all the projects executed by ADRA Bangladesh in designing monitoring system
∎ Interpret logical framework or any other project document containing goal, objective, result, indicators and project purpose for any or all the staff of ADRA Bangladesh
∎ Design baseline, midterm, or evaluation for any or each of the project executed by ADRA Bangladesh and / or participate with consultants or consulting firms hired by ADRA Bangladesh or donors or ADRA International or ADRA Executive Board along with Program Director in performing works related to monitoring, baseline, midterm or evaluation of any term or nature
∎ Produce programmatic information or assist in producing information by ADRA senior management and / or for the Project Managers or Project Officers of ADRA Bangladesh for timely management decision making.
∎ Assist and / or participate in project report preparation and perform necessary analysis or synthesis of information or data for report preparation and / or review report produced by Program Manager or hired consultation and give effective feedback
∎ Produce presentation of project / program information for ADRA Bangladesh, ADRA Bangladesh projects and project proposals designed for submission to donors
∎ Participate in project proposal preparation for any or all donors
∎ Organize and conduct training, workshop or orientation session on monitoring system, monitoring tools, and survey / assessment instruments or tools for any or all ADRA Bangladesh staff as and when necessary or requested by Program Manager
∎ Organize or assist in organizing computer-based information storage as well as hard-copy of project / programmatic information or extend a consultative support to hired consultants in designing computer based database, organizing and maintaining any or all programmatic information of ADRA Bangladesh
∎ Preserve and maintain any or all information in the form of written report, presentations of programmatic information or database of all ADRA Bangladesh projects
∎ Revive, retrieve or re-produce past reports, presentations or database and organize them for effective use of information or data therein
∎ Need to perform any other task advised by supervisor/concerned personnel.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Commitment to ADRA's mission, beliefs and core values
∎ Experience on writing Proposals and reports
∎ Proven record of M&E experience
∎ Preferrable knowledge and experience with Outcome Harvesting and Outcome Mapping
∎ Strong experience on the field and field surveys in similar projects
∎ Visionary and critical thinking skills
∎ Able to undertake travel as required
∎ Strong computer knowledge
∎ Basic knowledge in statistics
∎ Fluent in writing and speaking English and Bengali.
∎ Highly articulate individual with excellent written communications and presentation skills.
Salary: Tk. 40468 (Monthly)
