Educational Requirements:
∎ Master degree in Economics or Agril. Economics or Statistics or Management or Social Science or related subject.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Take lead role design/develop, update or review overall MRM system and sub-system and strategy in a participatory way for the programme.
∎ Ensure the monitoring and result measurement functions through capacity building of the project team and partner NGO staff members.
∎ Select/develop process, tools (including mobile base monitoring tools) and techniques for capturing information on project impacts, outcomes, outputs, process and lessons learned.
∎ Provide support in quality and error free data collection of projects activities, analyse data and producing report for tracking down progress against targets and indicators
∎ Support and communicate with project team to properly capture and record all the good practices with quality information for reporting and other purpose.
∎ Ensure proper storage of information through using appropriate software and manage information on results to support the project to improve interventions and to develop and or revise project strategies.
∎ Prepare progress report against the Performance Indicators to each programme.Lead and contribute the development of attribution strategies, baselines, mid-term reviews and survey designs
∎ Measure and track regular progress against targets and logical framework indicators.
∎ Contribute and provide information to prepare experience capitalisation document and communication materials and contribute to internal knowledge sharing and learning.
∎ Participate actively in developing annual plan of operation, annual progress sharing and other team events like coordination meeting.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 4 years of experience in similar positions in the any of the thematic areas like market system development, value chain development, and livelihoods with reputed national and international NGOs.
∎ Having specialised training in monitoring and evaluation and use of related software
∎ Ability to independently develop and implement the different monitoring and evaluation tools.
∎ Skills on operating MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint, SPSS, KOBO, ODK or other relted software
∎ Able to lead and manage project baseline and end survey.
∎ Proven knowledge and experience on data management and repot writing.
∎ Good team building, communication, facilitation, organizing and report writing skills.
∎ Experience in working with humanitarian projects will be add value
∎ Proficiency in Chittagonian dialect would be added advantages.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 70000 - 90000 (Monthly)
∎ 18 months initial contract with Salary within the range of BDT. 70,000 to 90,000 including all benefits (depending on experience and skills).
