Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in degree in any discipline from a reputed university preferably in Sociology, Development Studies, Public Administration & Social Welfare.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a `to go` and a passionate team member who is competent to provide effective training among affected people in the project area.
∎ Department: Program
∎ Contract Duration: 8 months (Contract may be extend depend on the availability of fund)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor the overall activities of the project
∎ Develop baseline data for project components and indicators.
∎ Develop different monitoring tools and formats to sort out the project results through field visits and discussion with project participants
∎ Assist the project team in following the project Work Plan and keep it updated in accordance with project activities and timeframes as relevant.
∎ Collect data on a regular basis to measure achievement against the performance indicators.
∎ Maintain and administer the M&E database; analyze and aggregate findings.
∎ Produce monthly reports/Trade & batch wise report through coordinating with project concern staff
∎ Identify lessons learned and develop case studies to capture qualitative outputs of the project.
∎ Produce reports on M&E findings and prepare presentations based on M&E data as required.
∎ Check that monitoring data are discussed in meetings and in a timely fashion in terms of implications for future action.
∎ Produce special reports on the project activities and outputs as per the requirements of the donor/organization.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English
∎ Strong aptitude with MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
∎ Superior work ethic and time management skills and ability to deliver within deadlines
∎ Skill of photography
∎ Must have professional writing and speaking capacity in English and Bangla, i.e., monitoring report, field visit report, event report, case study/story, press release, content writing, etc.
∎ Have competency in any of the data analysis software such as SPSS
∎ Must be able to drive a motorcycle

Salary:
∎ 38,000-42,000 (Negotiable)
