Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Statistics/ Economics/ Social Science/ Development Studies or any other related subjects from reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Monitoring Officer, as the member of Program's Monitoring & Evaluation team, is responsible for ensuring implementation of an effective comprehensive M&E system; integrating quantitative and qualitative approaches in program interventions at field level. S/he is responsible to supervise Field Monitors and ensure monitoring and follow-up of field activities on a regular basis and provide feedback to the management through data compilation, management and analysis; Coordinate/facilitate survey and study; report generation and documentation. Gather and collate case studies/ good practices and share with organization/donor/partner. Excellent in Microsoft Office Package. Experience on PRA, CLTS/CATS will be counted as additional value.
∎ Details:
∎ Monitoring and documentation Officer will be responsible to develop the monitoring system for multisectoral project activities through developing monitoring guide for the project.
∎ S/He will develop relevant tools for process and input monitoring of planned activities of the project.
∎ Monitoring & Documentation Officer will provide technical support to users of MIS reporting systems of the Project
∎ S/He will assist the Union Facilitators/ CP Worker as well as the Project Management sharing the field findings for improving the quality of the field activities.
∎ S/He will monitor all procurements of the project and quality of training, orientation, meeting, expenditure and submitted data from field.
∎ S/He will ensure data verified which are submitted from Union Facilitators through MIS reporting system
∎ S/He will be responsible for producing the project reports as per schedule/project documents and assist District Manager to ensure the same to UNICEF.
∎ S/He will help field level staff to collect case studies/good practices and collate to finalize and share
∎ Assist District Manager and Upazila Managers in documentation and report preparation
∎ Manage case management database and support field workers

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ 3-5 years of job experience in monitoring and documentation.
∎ Experience on Mobile based monitoring and reporting will be given preference.
∎ Skill over Excel operation is must. MS-Access, SPSS and any other related statistical software operation will be added advantages.
∎ Fluency on English and Bengali both in writing and spoken.
∎ Fact findings, analytical ability with proper justification.
∎ Computer skill on MS Office,
∎ Should have valid driving license and willing to drive Motorcycle.
∎ Note: In case of candidates with more experience; age and educational qualification would be relaxed. Female candidate are equally encourage to apply.
