Education:
Master’s degree in any discipline preferably in LAW, Statistics, Business Administration or related discipline from a reputed university.

Additional Requirements:
At least 01 year of relevant experience in MIS/BI/analytics within a bank, NBFI, or reputed corporate institution.
Practical experience in database management, data modeling, automation of reports and Bangla typing.
Ability to work with large data sets, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Capability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner to management.
Familiarity with compliance reporting, banking software systems, and regulatory guidelines will be preferred.
Responsibilities & Context:
Develop, maintain, and enhance MIS/Case reports for regulatory, management, and operational requirements.
Ensure timely submission of accurate reports to Bangladesh Bank and other regulatory bodies.
Monitor, analyze, and validate data from various banking systems to support decision-making.
Design and automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
Collaborate with different business units to understand reporting requirements and deliver customized solutions.
Maintain data security, confidentiality, and integrity in all MIS functions.
Support the implementation of digital initiatives, BI tools, and analytics platforms.
Prepare periodic dashboards, performance reports, and trend analysis for senior management and the Board.
