Experience:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
2–5 years’ experience in MIS, inventory and material management.
Hands-on experience with ERP & reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, SQL preferred).
Prepare, maintain, and circulate daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports on inventory and materials.
Develop and manage dashboards/KPIs (stock levels, stock-outs, slow/non-moving, inventory turnover).
Ensure accurate data entry and monitoring of all receipts, issues, transfers, and adjustments in ERP/MIS.
Perform stock reconciliation and variance analysis in coordination with warehouses.
Maintain material master data (codes, categories, lead times, suppliers, etc.) in ERP.
Support demand and material planning through historical consumption and forecast analysis.
Track material requirement planning (MRP) and highlight shortages/excesses for corrective action.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, company policies, and audit requirements for inventory management.
Support periodic stock audits, cycle counts, and system-data reconciliation.
Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, finance, and business units for smooth material flow.
Provide analytical support to Head of Inventory and management for decision-making.
Assist SBUs in material planning, utilization, and compliance reporting.
