∎ Bachelor/Masters in Computer Science/Anthropology/Statistics from any reputed University. The candidate with Diploma in Computer Science or any other disciplines having more than 4 years experienced in relevant position will also be considered
∎ Educational qualification can be relaxed for more experienced candidate.

Job Context:
∎ GRAUS is going to implement an anticipated six months project named `Integrated response to COVID-19 crisis through healthcare, WASH and protection programs`` with the support of Save the Children International in Lama and Alikadom Upazilas of Bandarban Hill District. GRAUS intends to hire a competent, experienced and qualified MIS Officer for this project. The position/ incumbent will be confirmed subject to the donor approval and availability of funding.
∎ Base Office : Lama
∎ Work Place : Lama and Alikadom Upazilas
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide support to the MEAL Officer for development data collection tools
∎ Collect routine data in regard to project targets and outputs to regularly update project performance on a periodic manner
∎ Ensure data flow and assist in entering required data in DHIS2
∎ Conduct field visits to check data validity, and collection of additional data/information as necessary
∎ Coordinate project activities related to data management, provide job support and guidance to the Union and Community level staff
∎ Work jointly with team to collect success stories and conduct learning events.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 37 years
∎ Minimum 3 years experiences of working in a MIS position of a development organization especially USAIDS funded project related to WASH, Child Protection and Health program.
∎ Skilled in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, email and web browsing.
∎ Have knowledge on data analysis software i.e. SPSS, STATA software and data collection tools on free data kits COBO, ODK and Comcare etc. will be advantage.
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply.
∎ Experience in any maternal, child health and WASH program.
∎ Experience in working closely with GOB Health, Family Planning, LGI and development organizations.
∎ Ability to manage complex and diverse workloads.
∎ Ability to work in team approach, work collaboratively with colleagues and support as necessary.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Written and verbal skills in both Bengali and English.
∎ Working experience with CHT local communities will be considered as suitability of the candidature.
∎ Age will be relaxed for experienced candidates.
Salary: Tk. 35000 (Monthly)
