Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate (Hon's) in Statistics/ BSc in computer science from any Govt. recognized university. Master's degree in Statistics or Computer Science will get preference.

Job Context:
∎ National Tuberculosis Control Program (NTP) invites applications from suitable candidates for the position of MIS Assistant with Tuberculosis Program funded by Global Fund. The appointment will be made on Contractual Service Agreement basis for 10 months which is renewable depending on performance and availability of funds. The position will report to Line Director (TB-L and ASP).
∎ Posting location: NTP Headquarter (Dhaka)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide input to develop, implement and update of MIS plan and strategies;
∎ Monitor and evaluate of MIS system and liaising with other IT/Telecommunication vendors;
∎ Collect data for TB and COVID testing report, compile data and entry for reporting and ensure regular reporting of TB and COVID program indicator;
∎ Maintain death record of TB, TB-COVID, DR TB, DR TB patient suffering from COVID -19 infection;
∎ Preserve documents and necessary information regarding supervision visits;
∎ Prepare quarterly and annual reports;
∎ Assist capacity building of NTP partners.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Proficient at using a computer and required software (i. e. MS office, spreadsheet and database, etc.);
∎ Skills in report writing;
∎ Excellent computing skills with proficiency in producing program reports, preparing correspondence, composing e-mails and preparing multi-media presentations;
∎ Proficient in English and Bengali.
∎ At least 2 years relevant working experience in the field of Public Health Program. Working experience in TB program with National or International Organization will be preferred.
Salary:
∎ 25,000/- (consolidated) per month inclusive of house rent and conveyance allowances. No other benefit is admissible.
