∎ Registered with Bangladesh Nursing & Midwifery Council (BNMC).

Job Context:
∎ Job Duration: December 2023 to December 2024;
∎ Job Location: Ukhiya / Teknaf, Cox`s Bazar or anywhere in Bangladesh.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure the nursing of the patient and provide the health care services in camp level;
∎ Responsible to initiate emergency treatment, stabilization of patients and ensuring adequate patient
∎ monitoring in health post;
∎ Responsible for dressing of wounds, minor injuries, skin infections and administrating drugs as prescribed by the medical officer;
∎ Responsible for assisting in the transfer of sick patients to hospital as requested by medical officer;
∎ Responsible for maintaining excellent infection control standards in the health post;
∎ Give the necessary supervision, care and advise to women during pregnancy, labor and the postpartum period;
∎ Manage complications in pregnancy and childbirth, in accordance with the principles of basic emergency obstetric care;
∎ Counsel and educate women, the family and the community, in relevant areas of health including preparation for parenthood and childbirth;
∎ Provide all non-surgical methods of family planning, and counselling for surgical methods;
∎ Obtain specialized assistance as necessary (consultation or referral);
∎ Perform administrative duties such as patient charting, recording and reporting of data; clinic and/or facility management (as required);
∎ Participate in provision of 24-hours, 7-days emergency service, which may require evening, night or on- call duty;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 40 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ 2 years of experience in any private / NGO clinic / hospital is preferable;
∎ Have a willingness to work in remote and hard to reach areas in Ukhiya / Teknaf Cox'-Bazar or anywhere in Bangladesh.
