Educational Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To monitor the attendance of the TBA volunteers and reporting on it, depending on which she will have to prepare and submit monthly payment sheet;
∎ To assist the SRH outreach supervisor in planning and implementation of the day to day activities of the TBA volunteers;
∎ To perform PNC visits in the households of the mothers who have delivered in any modalities within the past 48 hours, with priorities being given to the women who delivered in MSF run maternities and ensure referral if required. She may also have to perform homebased ANC visits if required;
∎ To refer pregnant women for regular ANC, PNC visits to MSF clinics or to the nearest health centres offering those services, and also to ensure that the women in labour have their delivery conducted in the nearest maternity;
∎ During field visits if they come across any probable case of GBV, they should ask the individual to MSF SRH department (SV unit). They should also alert the SRH outreach supervisor following all the required pro-cedures for her to follow up on it;
∎ To plan and conduct heath education sessions with different groups of population in the community (adolescent girls, adult women within reproductive age, senior women in the families, male members of the family etc);
∎ To assist the SRH outreach supervisor in training up the TBA team in such a way that the team can execute their tasks and responsibilities with minimum active support (but regular and routine monitoring should always be there);
∎ With permission from SRH outreach supervisor, she might need to assist the midwife during delivery and antenatal; postnatal and family planning consultations, in order to receive and install the patient, providing them the information required, helping in taking, monitoring and interpreting the parameters, etc. in the MSF mater-nity;
∎ To take part in team and clinic meetings;
∎ Documentation and reporting on regular field based activities;
∎ To be flexible enough to take over additional tasks assigned to her by her direct line manager.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Hands on working experience in NGOs with similar set up will be an added advantage
∎ Bengali and Chittagonian/ Rohingya dialect is essential; knowledge in English is a plus

Salary:
∎ Tk. 37020 (Monthly)
∎ Salary is not negotiable. The mentioned amount of salary is before income tax deduction and without seniority.
