∎ 1. Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and promote student learning.
∎ 2. Teach English language skills including reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
∎ 3. Introduce students to a variety of literary genres and texts, fostering an appreciation for literature.
∎ 4. Skilled in teaching creative writing techniques and guiding students in the development of their writing skills and creative voice.
∎ 5. Encourage active student participation in classroom discussions, activities, and projects.
∎ 6. Assess student progress through assignments, quizzes, tests, and creative writing projects, providing constructive feedback.
∎ 7. Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports students' academic and personal growth.
∎ 8. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum, share best practices, and participate in professional development activities.
∎ 9. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and behavior.
∎ 10. Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student progress and academic performance.
