- পলি হাউস ও কুকুপিট এ চারা তৈরির অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে
- Trico compost জৈব সার তৈরীর অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে
- মাঠ পর্যায়ে বিভিন্ন ধরনের সবজি উৎপাদনের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে,
- আধুনিক সবজি চাষের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে
- জমি তৈরি ও কীটনাশক প্রয়োগের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে
- শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা কমপক্ষে কৃষি ডিপ্লোমা হতে হবে
