Job Context:
∎ Reports to (Position): QC Manager
∎ Department/Function: Production
∎ Direct Reports: QC Manager
∎ Indirect Reports: Production & Plant Head, GM (Sales & Mkt), Management
∎ Purpose of the job: Investigating & Analyzing the growth, structure, development, and other characteristics of microscopic organisms, such as bacteria, algae, or fungi and ensures the proper method of removing them from production line.
∎ Business unit: S&B Nice Foods Valley Limited.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Processing and analyzing of samples.
∎ Testing and ensure microbiological quality of raw materials and finishing products of Drinking Water, Biscuits, Flavored Drinks etc.
∎ Enumeration, interpretation, publishing and entry of generating data.
∎ Calibration, Validation and maintaining SOPs for combating ISO & HACCP.
∎ Ensuring monitoring of environment personal hygiene sanitation cleanliness.
∎ Micro monitoring of WTP, ETP and all kinds of H2O necessary for production.
∎ Over all hygiene environment in the production area.
∎ Create a quality culture in the department as well as in the factory.
∎ Supervise & guide the technicians & lab helper for doing the job successfully.
∎ Working with the production department to develop productivity and product quality.
∎ Manage occupational safety. health and environment inside the total plant as a member of the safety committee and help to improve unsafe act or condition by following the safety manual
∎ To carry out any other assignment given by the company or immediate superior.
∎ Submit a report regularly on raw materials, pH value and quality of finished products accordingly.
∎ Prepare and submit Daily performance report to Line Manager
∎ Ensure proper documentation.
∎ Internal Relationship: QC Manager, Production Supervisor, Store Supervisor, Microbiologist, Production head. Operator.
∎ External Relationship: None
