∎ Master’s Degree in Psychology with good academic records.

∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ A total of 2/3 years of experience in counseling experience in working with remote and vulnerable communities.
∎ Training in the field of counseling will be an advantage.
∎ Effective interpersonal communication skills.
∎ Must have a pleasant personality with excellent communication and presentation skills.
∎ Must be able to work in a team. Must have strong computer skills (MS, Excel Office).·
∎ Must be very keen to learn about new things.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conducting initial assessments to determine the patients'/clients’ needs and goals.
∎ Provide counseling on sexual and reproductive health, including gender-based discrimination and good hygiene and nutrition practices issues to the patients/clients of remote and vulnerable communities.
∎ Maintain proper confidentiality to build trust with patients'/clients’, and their families.
∎ Providing individual and group counseling sessions to mothers and adolescent girls to reduce malnutrition.
∎ Initiate and explore counseling support for eligible patients/clients, consultation with Program personnel.
∎ Monitoring and evaluating the patients/clients throughout the counseling process.
∎ Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, such as Project Coordinators, Medical doctors, Nurses, SPO (MEAL), Psycho-social workers, and Community mobilizers, to provide comprehensive care to patients/clients.
∎ Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patients/clients records.
∎ Record keeping and maintaining all kinds of forms/registers, reports, files, guidelines, and other documents related to counseling.
∎ Extended necessary support to other team members as and when needed and or instructed by supervisor and or organization.
