∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Set target and create business plan for individual customer, industry and trade lane.
∎ Study, Identify, prepare Customer Profile & contact prospective customers to promote logistical services.
∎ Identify advantages/strength of company products to create differentiation and positioning of product.
∎ Create loyalty and optimize the existing portfolio & promote the new commercial offers.
∎ Gather Sales Leads insight and align all the overseas MGH network & partner accordingly.
∎ Monitoring & facilitating shipments from cargo handover till completion of delivery
∎ Liaise with operation, CRM, network partners and business head to expedite the resolution of customer requirements, problems and complaints.
∎ Evaluating business processes, assessing risks, and recommending improvements to achieve sales targets.
∎ Prepare sales budget for own and team members
∎ Report to Management as per assigned schedule and maintain sales targets set by company.
∎ Participate in tender as required/deemed beneficial to company.
