Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide operational support to MAM/MMM/MDM/MDE and supervise daily administrative operations.
∎ Visit market regularly to assess field force performance & collect feedback from merchants.Ensure acquisition of quality merchant in alignment with approved BMCC (Business Merchant category code).
∎ Ensure that merchant acquisition criteria are met.
∎ Manage complaints related to merchant business and drive effective solution.
∎ Ensure right discipline and administration among field forces.
∎ Ensure field forces are properly communicating campaign communication.
∎ Monitor business performance, identify areas for improvement and plan development initiatives.
∎ Ensure manpower availability and recruit new employees when required.
∎ Operation Manager will be a key resource in managing all overall business of a distribution house and will considered as a shadow MDE/MDM.
