Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduation/BBA
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure merchandising visibility strategy, service strategy and to work with action plan.
∎ Ensuring availability and visibility as per the norms and resolve problem at display and merchandised outlets.
∎ Ensuring execution of all types of Trade program.
∎ Frequently market visit and guide & monitor the MR & Sales Team.
∎ Conduct and check distributors “Point Of Sales Materials” stock and monitor POSM execution during market visit.
∎ Prepare reports for merchandising project based on the timeline and drive MR performance to achieve given goal.
∎ Collecting data from the market.
∎ To work along with the sales team to ensure Product Merchandising and Program Sales achievements.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ 1-2 years of experience in similar position
∎ Fresh business graduates from reputed institutions are encouraged to apply
∎ Sound knowledge on MS office specially in Excel
∎ Motor cycle driving skill is required
∎ Must be highly motivated to work anywhere in Bangladesh
