Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communication with Customer directly for day to day follow up and updates.
∎ Follow Up all kind of Development & production samples such as Proto, Fit, PP, Size set, Tests, Shipment sample as per buyer’s dead line
∎ Ensure all required submissions & approvals are obtained as per TNA including Sample, Trims and Bulk Test.
∎ Arrange & participate in PP meeting through Audio, Video, Skype Conference with Buyers and update production progress to Buyers on a daily or weekly basis.
∎ Should have sound knowledge to use EDI, PLM system in terms of PO receiving, Updating, Scan & Packing, Prepare Packing List and Shipment Registration.
∎ Should have sound knowledge to use the TDCR (Technical Development Center Resource) system in terms of getting updated system information from buyer .
∎ Should have sound knowledge to use GTN, Centric, G1, any other system and follow up the Buyer payment are done thru GT Nexus, other on-line platform.
∎ Maintain Yarn & Trims booking and in-house on time and Assist the procurement team to source trims/accessories as buyer standard.
∎ Co-ordinate with Production & Planning Team in order to deliver on time shipment and To work with QA team in terms of Production and Quality issues.
∎ Monitoring the production & follow-up all the Shipment scheduled.
∎ To ensure 3rd Party Inspection Booking (In-Line & Final) and monitor the inspection & collect the Buyer approval within the day.
∎ To ensure Shipment booking are given as per schedule and follow up goods handover on time.
∎ Must have capability to handle any new customer independently.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have 6 years or more of relevant merchandising experience in a Sweater Factory
∎ Candidates experienced in handling M&S; Espirit; G-STAR; JCP; Bestsellers; GAP; b. Candidate having prior experience handling Ralph Lauren / EXPRESS / Uniqlo / Bestsellers / Arcadia / Sainsbury’s / Jennifer / Anne Taylor / Hollister / Primark / Target Australia / Noni B Group / Inditex will get preference.
