🔹 Technical Competencies

1. Strong knowledge of costing, consumption, and margin control

2. Experience working with international buyers (EU/US markets preferred)

3. Ability to manage multiple vendors and factories simultaneously

4. Sound understanding of production planning, lead time, and quality processes

5. Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting, and email communication

1. Act as the primary liaison between buyers and factories for order execution

2. Manage product development to bulk production independently

3. Prepare and analyze costing, consumption, and price negotiation with factories

4. Follow up on sampling stages (Proto, Fit, PP, Size Set, Shipment) with accuracy

5. Maintain and strictly follow T&A (Time & Action) calendar

6. Ensure on-time execution of orders with proactive risk identification

7. Coordinate with QA/QC, production, and logistics teams to meet shipment deadlines

8. Monitor factory performance, capacity, and compliance standards

9. Ensure all developments align with buyer requirements, technical specs, and quality standards

10. Provide regular updates to buyers with strong email communication

11. Maintain accurate OPS, order status, and shipment tracking reports
