Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop & maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers
∎ Understanding the customer requirements in terms of fabric quality, pricing targets and delivery
∎ Follow up the order placement to the deliveries, along with the paper procedures, both internally & externally to ensure the efficiency of the production & delivery is met.
∎ Coordinate with Research & Development team and other related teams where necessary in order to develop new fabric qualities as per customer requirements
∎ Evaluate & analyze the current processes & systems with the aim of coming up with required changes, which could improve overall efficiencies.
∎ Organize and execute road shows for the customer
∎ Ability to do accurate product costing using existing costing system
∎ Managing customer visits as well as maintaining proper records and other critical factors
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 30 years
∎ Knowledge of MS Office/ Excel is a must along with data analytical skills
∎ Strong command of English & presentation skills
∎ Negotiation & excellent interpersonal skills
∎ Task prioritization, time management, and multi-tasking ability while being a good team player
∎ Exposure in Weft Knit fabric is mandatory
Salary: Negotiable
