Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Masters from any reputed University/ Institute or Minimum Graduate from BUFT on Garments Merchandising/ Apparel Manufacturing.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Merchandising

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To arrange/procure quality raw materials in time for timely production and shipment.
∎ To monitor garments production progress as per time schedule and desired/imposed quality level of the buyer requirements.
∎ To maintain continuous liaison with buyers for approval and providing buyer required feedback.
∎ Liaison with suppliers and production section for smooth transmission from sample to bulk production.
∎ Preparation of Order Confirmation Sheet (OCS) and Time & Action Plan (T&A) to make framework of operational merchandising activities in order to meet the customer deadline by fulfilling their requirement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 29 to 36 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have Vast knowledge about Fabric & Trims development.
∎ Should have experience of handling foreign customer directly.
∎ Should have strong capability for relevant merchandising communication, order management, reporting, booking and processing orders effectively.
∎ Should be capable of executing orders and manage all suppliers with good communication skills.
∎ Should be capable to follow own CP/ TNA to start bulk production and shipment as per plan.
∎ Should have knowledge for working closely with Sample section, Production and Technical team to get all required information and give proper support from merchandising side to run production smoothly.
∎ Should have good knowledge on Woven Tops and capable of hard working with honesty.
∎ Should have positive attitude to work, follow comments and should be capable to make daily working plan, reporting to relevant person with own CP / TNA for complete the work smoothly.
∎ Good in communication and interpersonal skills. Must be fluent in writing and speaking English.
∎ Advance knowledge in MS Office and other PC applications.
