Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are a leading garment manufacturing company known for its commitment to quality and innovation. We specialize in creating stylish and high-quality clothing, and we're looking for a talented Ladies Fashion Designer to join our Design Studio team.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ •⁠  ⁠Assist senior designers in creating sketches, technical drawings, and prototypes for Kids wear collections.
∎ •⁠  ⁠Collaborate with the design team to develop and refine concepts based on trend research and brand guidelines.
∎ •⁠  ⁠Support in sourcing fabrics, trims, and materials for prototypes and production.
∎ •⁠  ⁠Participate in fittings and provide feedback on fit and design details.
∎ •⁠  ⁠Assist in preparing presentation materials for internal and external meetings.

∎ Requirements:
∎ •⁠  ⁠Degree in Fashion Design or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
∎ •⁠  ⁠Strong passion for fashion and a keen interest in kids wear.
∎ •⁠  ⁠Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.
∎ •⁠  ⁠Basic understanding of garment construction and manufacturing processes.
∎ •⁠  ⁠Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take direction from senior designers.
∎ •⁠  ⁠Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
