Job Context:
∎ We are 100% export oriented Knit Garments manufacturing group of company is looking for dynamic and experienced Merchandiser in Merchandising & Marketing department for our Composite Knit Garments factory who has very extra-ordinary sense with world market trend, buyer corresponding, communication skill with good network with foreign buyers of Knit Garments manufacturing business.
∎ Job Location will be Rupganj, Narayanganj and Zamgora, Ashulia, Savar.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing client's account from order inquiry to shipment.
∎ Checking costing and pricing of the garments as well as negotiating with the buyer to reach the final acceptable price.
∎ Production follow-up form fabric/accessories booking to in-housing and timely executing as per TNA.
∎ Coordination with all Departments; Yarn procurement, Knitting, Dyeing & Finishing, Fabric Store, Cutting, Sewing Production and Finishing to ensure smooth production flow of the orders.
∎ Making fruitful plan for the upcoming season's business according to product category and making a strategic business plan to support management goals.
∎ Making a Budget cost sheet for each style before Bulk execution and taking management approval accordingly.
∎ Any other assignment as assigned by the top management.

∎ Age 25 to 35 years

∎ Communication skills in both English and Bengali in verbal and written.
∎ Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
∎ Leadership and relationship management.
∎ Be able to cope with pressure, flexible and adaptable.
∎ Strong negotiation and inter-personal skills.
∎ Highly self-motivated, self-directed and proactive.
∎ Well conversant with IT equipment.
